1. Information we process
Information depends on the features you use. Browsing product information, model prices and documentation does not require an account.

Account information, usage records and cloud content may be linked to your account and are not necessarily anonymous.
2. Local data and connected services
Local conversations, settings and files are stored on your device. Merely browsing the website does not automatically upload this local content. Online models, attachment uploads, cloud workspaces, sync, collaboration and third-party connections send the information required by those features outside the device.
Requests to our model service are processed through our service and the relevant upstream providers. If you configure another model, search, MCP or storage service, requests are sent to the address you select. Review that provider's policy and your account settings to understand how it uses and retains content. Choose services appropriate to the sensitivity of your information and avoid sending unrelated personal information.
Conversations, task records, generated content and cloud documents are saved according to the feature used. Review the storage and sharing scope when using cloud features.
3. Cookies and browser storage
The website uses a necessary session cookie for sign-in. Website password sessions last up to seven days; signing out revokes the current session. This cookie uses HTTPS, HttpOnly and SameSite protections.
Theme and language preferences are stored locally in the browser. The default theme for a first visit is dark, and you can change it. Clearing browser data removes preferences and may require signing in again; it does not automatically delete your account or server-side content.
4. Retention and safeguards
Account details are retained to provide account services; sessions have an expiry. Usage, audit and troubleshooting records, and cloud content you choose to save, are processed for the periods needed to provide services, reconcile charges, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. We follow the principle of retaining information for the shortest necessary period, subject to applicable retention requirements.
Contact us to request deletion or account closure. After verifying your identity, we will handle the requested scope under applicable requirements and explain any reason information cannot be deleted immediately. Signing out or uninstalling the client does not close your account.
Safeguards include HTTPS, password hashing, session access controls and permission checks. Protect your account, devices and API keys. Revoke affected keys or sessions and contact us if you notice unexpected access.
5. Third-party services
Model providers and the storage or connected services you select process information necessary for the requested features. Their practices differ; review their notices and privacy policies before enabling them.
Choosing an overseas provider or endpoint may transfer submitted information outside your country or region. Where we are legally required to provide specific notices or obtain separate consent, we will do so; this policy does not replace those steps.
We do not sell your personal information. Legally required disclosures are handled within the necessary scope.
6. Your choices and rights
The dashboard provides account information, usage records and devices, with available profile editing, key management and session revocation controls. Contact us by email for requests to access, copy, correct or delete information, close your account, or withdraw consent-based processing.
We verify that a request relates to your account to prevent impersonation. Do not email your sign-in password or complete API key. Withdrawal does not affect lawful processing already performed, and features depending on necessary information may no longer work if it is withheld.
7. Minors
Minors should use services with a guardian's guidance. Processing personal information of children under fourteen requires guardian consent and applicable protections. Guardians can contact us to investigate and address information submitted improperly.
8. Updates and contact
We display the update date on this page. Material changes to processing purposes, scope or methods will receive appropriate notice, and renewed consent where legally required.
